SALOON, PETROL, blue, 4 door, SALOON, PETROL, blue, 4 door, average condition, fsh, This is a 1989 BMW 520i, bought it not long ago at all, but as a true BMW fan, I can't stick with one car, always looking for something different and challenging!Firstly bad points:Clutch probably needs changing in the next few thousand miles. Handbrake shoes need replacing. Drivers seat has the usual rip in it, and the side door also has a hole (looked for a 2nd hand panel but don't have the facilities to repair it). Rev counter and MPG indicator don't work, but I think this is something that can be fixed. Good points: Engine runs very well, runs a little roughish at idle sometimes but once I have gone down the motorway it idles smooth again. Changed the oil, spark plugs, oil and air filter, and front brakes. Bodywork has a few small scratches on from the 19 years of travelling but nothing bad at all.Great motorway car.
